职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Import Export Function:
a.Import and export Business Management
b.Bonded business Management
c.Customs relationship management
d.Customs broker management
e.Customs declaration supporting
f.Shipment tracking
g.Payment preparation
h.Coordination with forwarder and other on site service company
2.Accountant Function:
a.Key in journal voucher in mainframe (software)
b.Assist in voucher filing
c.Assist in cashier function, cash management, prepare the cash flow report.
d.Tax accountant assistant, generate invoices, post invoice. Reconcile the invoice and the sales receivable.
e.Prepare and mail checks, reconcile A/P sub ledger, A/P journal entries.
f.Assistant with the actual physical inventory process as needed.
g.Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor
3.Receive, check and verify materials from United States, contact US about the material shipment status. Prepare receiving documents and route paperwork to proper locations.
4.Coordinate customer order shipments to generate required documents for all orders assembly and prepare products as required. Contact carriers for pick up and load trailers. Maintain computer files on timely basis to support on-line information service.
5.Prepare orders for shipments, document weights and other required information. Maintain hard copy documents as required for shipping and receiving in designated area. Prepare on-
time shipping report, customer return reports, etc. as required. |
